The conference will be held 10-13 August 2014 at Sørup Herregaard outside Ringsted, Denmark. Trains connect Copenhagen International Airport and Ringsted. We will organize a shuttle service between Ringsted station and Sørup Herregaard on the day of arrival and on the final day of the conference.

Airport
Copenhagen Airports (CPH) is the preferred airport located 74 km from Hotel Sørup Herregaard.
Public transportation
Directions from Copenhagen Airports (CPH) to Ringsted station and Sørup Herregaard: www.rejseplanen.dk.
The train ride from the airport to Ringsted station takes between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes.
We recommend that you buy the train ticket online at www.dsb.dk as the lines at the ticket booths and vending machines in the airport can be long.
There are public buses from the station to Sørup Herregaard but they are slow and infrequent.

Shuttle service between Ringsted and Sørup
Sunday, there will be 1-2 red Roskilde University mini-buses going from Ringsted Station to Sørup Herregaard approximately every quarter from 10.30 to 13.30.There will also be mini-buses going back, beginning right after the closing of the conference on Wednesday.
